CRCLink® Training Learning Lab
Please check here if you will be attending this computer lab session which consists of basic CRCLINK training as well as advanced dispatch training.

CSR/CSO Shadowing and Tour
Please check here if you will be visiting CRC's Austin Center. No additional fee. Transportation is included to and from CRC. Busses depart at 1:30 p.m. and return to Treasure Island at 7:00 p.m.

1 - GS: Welcome Opening Session:

2 - GS: AT&T Business Network:
Get up-to-date AT&T solutions that will benefit your office.
8:30 to 9:30 a.m.

3 - GS: CRCLINK Enhancements & Opportunities:
Find out what is new with CRCLINK since deployment, what's coming, and the process for enhancement requests.
10:00 to 11:30 a.m.

4A - CC: "Soft Skills" Training:
Training and discussion on CRC's soft skills modules used in CRC's contact centers.
12:30 to 2:00 p.m.

4B - IT: CRCLINK Administration and Help Desk Training:
This computer lab will take you through help desk procedures, user role setup, process monitor, log configuration, list column modification, report generator overview, and more administrative functions.

5A - CC: How To Implement a Service Excellence Program:
This session will give you an overview on CRC's service excellence program, give you tools and ideas to implement a program at your office, and more.

5B - IT: CIS/OMS Integration:
This track will explore interface improvements, MultiSpeak integration, and what is to come.

6 - GS: IVR Call Simulation: Hear, See, and Experience:
Listen to what the caller/consumer hears, learn how the database is tied to the IVR, and how incoming calls are routed.

7 - GS: New Call Flow & Outage Queue:
Learn what the Contact Center has done to increase call flow to focus on live-call answering; the details on call routing and call flow in the Contact Centers will also be examined during this session.

8 - GS: Line Crew Dispatching: Present & Future:
This session will provide an overview of dispatch happenings and initiatives that are in the works to enhance CRC's services; discover what the Contact Centers are doing and review their metrics for the year.
10:30 to 11:30

9 - CS: BoldNet Web Access Training:
Get training on Central Station web access; learn what updates and changes your office can make and how to do them.
1:00 to 2:00 p.m.

10 - CS: Linear Training:
Get a product demonstration and learn more about CRC's product distribution abilities.
2:00 to 3:00 p.m.

11 - CS: Business Strategy Round Table Discussion:
Discuss business growth strategies and get updated tools to help grow your business.

HOTEL ARRANGEMENTS
For hotel reservations, please call Treasure Island Resort & Casino at 800.222.7077 and indicate that you are with the CRC Users Conference room block. A special rate of $64 per night is being offered to conference attendees through April 12, 2010. Those attendees with hotel accommodations at Treasure Island will also receive a $25 free slot play voucher!

AIRLINE INFORMATION
Treasure Island is located about 40 minutes from the Minneapolis-St.Paul International Airport (www.mspairport.com/msp) which is off Interstate 35. The airport services all major airlines and car rental agencies.

SHUTTLE ARRANGEMENTS
To make shuttle arrangements to and from the Treasure Island Casino and the Minneapolis/St. Paul International airport, please call Patti with Go CareFree Shuttle service at 608.780.6769.
