Hommerding Named CRC's September 2015 Employee of the Month
Congratulations to Lacy Hommerding, CSR 4 at the Austin Center, who was selected as CRC’s September 2015 Employee of the Month/STAR Award recipient. Hommerding, who has worked for CRC for five years, received two STAR Award cards in September for her assistance with a contact center caller who was having medical issues due to an allergic reaction. When the caller was unresponsive, Hommerding contacted 911. Thanks to Hommerding's help, the caller received medical attention to ensure she was all right. In her efforts, Hommerding demonstrated CRC’s values of member driven, service excellence and communication.
“Lacy exhibited grace under pressure when her caller experienced a medical emergency,” said Kerry Wylie, senior contact center manager. “Thankfully the caller was all right. We appreciate Lacy’s quick-thinking which demonstrated the highest level of customer service.”
In recognition of being a CRC Employee of the Month, Hommerding received four hours of paid time off (PTO). Hommerding is also eligible for consideration for CRC’s 2015 Employee of the Year, which will be selected by CRC’s management team in late January 2016.
