Gerereo Named March 2015 CRC Employee of the Month
Congratulations to Jessica Gerereo, CSR 1 at CRC's Austin Center, who was selected as its March 2015 Employee of the Month. Gerereo was nominated for her follow-up on a call she received from someone who appeared to experience a phone scam. The CRC member was very thankful for CRC’s feedback and was able to quickly pass the information on to their billing staff. A police case had already been opened to try and stop scammers and the information provided by CRC was very helpful. In her efforts, Gerereo demonstrated CRC’s values of member driven, service excellence, communication and teamwork.
“Jessica demonstrated great customer service by going above and beyond in this situation,” said Kerry Wylie, senior contact center manager. “We always strive to strengthen our partnership with our membership. By escalating this information, Jessica provided a great example of being a true partner.”
