Miller Selected as CRC’s August 2014 Employee of the Month
Cooperative Response Center, Inc. (CRC) is pleased to announce that Vickie Miller, operations analyst at its Dunlap, Tenn., facility, was recently selected as its August 2014 Employee of the Month. Miller, who has worked for CRC for nearly 14 years, was nominated for the honor because of her research and implementation of changes that enables CRC to complete more calls. In her efforts, Miller reflected CRC’s values of member driven, service excellence and teamwork.
“Vickie’s work not only created efficiency with our technology, but gives CRC the opportunity to provide even better customer service to our membership,” said Brad Fjelsta, Senior Vice President – Operations. “We appreciate Vickie’s innovation and attention-to-detail and look forward to seeing more positive results from her hard work.”
In recognition of being a CRC Employee of the Month, Miller will receive four hours of paid time off (PTO). Miller is also eligible for consideration for CRC’s 2014 Employee of the Year, which will be selected by CRC’s management team in late January 2015.
