White Named November 2016 Employee of the Month
CRC is pleased to announce that Chris White, CSR 4 at the Dunlap Center, was named its November 2016 Employee of the Month. White, who has worked for CRC for over six years, was nominated for his work on November 23 when all of the Dunlap contact center computers and ancillary devices needed to be fixed due to an issue the night before. In his efforts, White demonstrated CRC’s values of member driven, employee-focused, and teamwork.
“Ensuring each station is operating properly is critical for CRC's operations,” said Eric Beavers, contact center manager at the Dunlap Center. “Without hesitation, Chris took charge to complete the steps necessary to make sure all of the workstations were working properly in the Dunlap call center. We appreciate Chris’s initiative to correct a serious problem to ensure we meet the needs of our membership.”
In recognition of being a CRC Employee of the Month, White received four hours of paid time off (PTO).
