Mohave Electric Cooperative Joins CRC’s Membership

Cooperative Response Center, Inc. (CRC) is pleased to welcome Mohave Electric Cooperative in Bullhead City, Arizona, to its membership. Mohave Electric Cooperative is a member-owned electric distribution cooperative serving over 39,000 meters in northwestern Arizona.

CRC offers utilities across the country seamless contact center and alarm monitoring solutions, including call management, line crew dispatch, AMI/CIS/OMS integration, CRCLink® outage communication software, and alarm monitoring. CRC also offers outage texting services, video monitoring of substations and recently implemented a Payment Card Industry (PCI) compliance solution which utilizes live agents for billing calls. From outage calls to billing calls, disconnects to emergency locates and more, CRC is there for its membership 24/7/365. By partnering with CRC, members find peace of mind as well as a cost-effective solution to their call handling needs.

Mohave Electric Cooperative joined CRC’s membership in April 2015, subscribing to CRC’s contact center dispatch services which include inbound call management as well as dispatching of line crews. CRC’s dispatching and outage reporting capabilities were definitely a draw to Mohave Electric Cooperative when looking for contact center services.
“Our partnership with CRC has helped Mohave Electric Cooperative move forward with 24/7 implementation of our outage management system,” said Rick Campos, manager of engineering and operations at Mohave Electric Cooperative. “By adding CRC’s services after hours, we are improving service to our members with enhanced outage reporting and communication, a key driver for member satisfaction.”

CRC’s customer service offerings were another plus of utilizing CRC’s services. “CRC provides top notch dispatching for our field crews and is a professional, positive extension to our business,” Campos added. “It is comforting to know that CRC’s services are available anytime we need them day or night.”

Chris Holt, CRC’s president and CEO, thanks Mohave Electric Cooperative for joining CRC and looks forward to a long relationship serving their membership. “CRC has partnered with electric cooperatives for over 22 years, joining them in their efforts to provide reliable service to their members,” said Holt. “We remain dedicated to the needs of our members and will continually strive to exceed expectations.”
