Head Line CRC Names Tim Cooley 2013 Employee of the Year

Austin, Minn. - Cooperative Response Center, Inc. (CRC), headquartered in Austin, Minn., is proud to announce its 2013 Employee of the Year: Tim Cooley, floor lead at CRC’s office in Dunlap, Tenn. Cooley, who was selected as Employee of the Month twice in 2013, was selected for this special recognition for his service excellence, teamwork, and for going above and beyond in his work, consistently mirroring CRC’s values and mission statement to its membership and his fellow coworkers on a daily basis.

“Tim is a very dedicated employee and takes a lot of pride in his work,” said Eric Beavers, contact center manager at CRC’s Dunlap facility. “He takes his job very seriously and is a strong representative of our dispatch team.”

As CRC’s 2013 Employee of the Year, Cooley will receive a gift valued at $250, a regularly scheduled day off with pay, and a trip to CRC’s annual membership meeting in San Diego this June.

Throughout the course of 2013, one CRC employee was selected as Employee of the Month by CRC’s management team each month based on nominations made by fellow coworkers. The nominations recognize employees for special achievements or extraordinary performance. The following employees received Employee of the Month during 2013:

April – Adrian Muniz, CSR 1 (Texas office)
May – Angie Duis, Floor Lead (Minnesota office)
June – Jennifer Knutson, Floor Lead (Minnesota office)
July – Tim Cooley, Floor Lead (Tennessee office)
August – Tracey Crews, Central Station Lead Operator (Minnesota office)
September – Tim Cooley, Floor Lead (Tennessee office)
October – Sean Flaherty, Programmer (Minnesota office)
November – Cosy Trytten, Operations Analyst (Minnesota office)
December – Tracey Crews, Central Station Lead Operator (Minnesota office)
