How to Join

CRC is an organization that operates as a cooperative. A nine-member board of directors selected by the membership oversees the leadership of CRC, determining pricing and philosophies, service, quality standards, and growth on investments.

Membership in CRC entitles access to all its services and products, voting rights, and eligibility for patronage returns.

Under CRC’s Amended and Restated Bylaws and Articles of Incorporation, the following organizations are eligible and may choose to join CRC as either a member or associate member.

  • Electric power cooperatives, electric member corporations, public power districts, and public utility districts are eligible to become a member of CRC.

  • Electric power cooperatives, electric member corporations, public power districts, public utility districts, entities in which one or more electric cooperatives cumulatively own fifty (50) percent or more of the equity ownership of such entity, and other business entities approved by the Board of Directors are eligible to become an associate member of CRC.
