Central Station FIRSTCALL Monitoring
Central Station alarm monitoring is a complex business that requires expertise in telephony, information technology, and security. CRC offers superior traditional and two-way voice monitoring services along with business development support for medical and security alarm monitoring programs. CRC's Central Station, a member of Central Station Alarm Association (CSAA), maintains the personal feel of "local" monitoring while asserting the skills and professionalism to properly handle emergency situations.

CRC's Central Station Operators (CSOs) are certified through the Security Industry Association (SIA) training and development program and CRC has received UL certification for architectural and physical features, as well as emergency power, computer hardware and software, as well as operator training.

FIRSTCALL®Medical Monitoring

CRC specializes in providing the highest quality, personalized, two-way voice medical alarm monitoring for medial emergencies, activity monitoring, or daily check-in monitoring. The service is designed to support Personal Emergency Response System (PERS) devices for seniors, medical-at-risk individuals, as well as their family members which offers peace of mind in an emergency situation. 


Medical Monitoring Equipment

The heart of FIRSTCALL, our advanced telephone system, features the most sophisticated 2-way voice technology available. It's superior speaker clarity, range, and built-in battery back up make it a secure, effective link to our 24-hour Central Station. CRC, as a Linear Product Distributor, currently stocks the Linear 2400 (pictured right above) and 3600 (pictured right) PERS kits, along with some ancillary products. Linear units and pendants can be purchased pre-programmed and shipped out quickly. 


FIRSTCALL®Security Monitoring

CRC offers the most advanced information technology, and on-site redundancy in security monitoring. CRC offers experienced, dependable, and affordable security (fire, burglary, environmental) alarm monitoring for dealers of all sizes and holds several industry certifications (UL, SIA, IQ, CSAA).
