CRC Welcomes Adams Electric Cooperative to its Membership

Cooperative Response Center, Inc. (CRC) is pleased to announce Adams Electric Cooperative in Camp Point, Illinois, has recently joined its membership. Adams Electric Cooperative is a member-owned distribution cooperative serving 8,500 homes and businesses in seven counties in Illinois.

CRC offers utilities across the country seamless contact center and alarm monitoring solutions, including call handling, line crew dispatch, CRCLink® outage communication software, and alarm monitoring. CRC now also offers outage texting services and video monitoring of substations to its membership. From outage calls to billing calls, disconnects to emergency locates and more, CRC is there for its membership 24/7/365. By partnering with CRC, members find peace of mind as well as a cost-effective solution to their call handling needs.

CRC’s ability to integrate its services with other vendors was what attracted Adams Electric Cooperative to utilizing CRC’s contact center, said Tim Brecht, manager of engineering and operations at the cooperative. “We are excited about CRC’s ability to tightly integrate with our existing technology including our outage management system and our billing system,” he said. “These integrations play a big part in providing the excellent service our members expect even after the office is closed for the day.”

Chris Holt, CRC’s president and CEO, is appreciative of the opportunity to serve Adams Electric Cooperative and its members. “Maintaining reliable integration with our vendor partners benefits our mutual membership,” said Holt. “As technology continues to change, coming up with integration solutions that will help our membership is of the utmost importance at CRC. We’re glad we are able to meet the needs of Adams Electric Cooperative and we look forward to a great partnership for years to come.”
