CRC Establishing Strategic Partnerships
Austin, Minnesota - Cooperative Response Center, Inc. (CRC) announced today that it is establishing strategic partnerships with several other vendors serving the cooperative industry.
The first strategic partnership is in concert with Milsoft Utility Solutions, Inc., one of the leaders in the industry for integrated engineering analysis, outage management, and interactive voice response systems. CRC will be working closely with Milsoft to integrate their outage management system and interactive voice response systems to better service joint customers of both organizations.
“We’re excited with the opportunity to partner with Milsoft, as well as other prominent suppliers in the industry, to offer better solutions and service to our joint customers,” stated Chris Holt, CRC’s Vice President of Operations/Chief Operating Officer (COO). “This partnership with Milsoft will be just the first of many that CRC will be undertaking in the areas of OMS and call interaction as a way to enhance the services both organizations provide to cooperative members,” Holt said.
“The industry is experiencing unprecedented pressure to look at ways to improve operating expenses and service levels while at the same time trying to improve the overall customer experience. We feel by establishing these strategic partnerships with vendors such as Milsoft and other dominant vendors in the industry, we can provide a total solution to our joint customer’s needs and help them achieve higher member satisfaction,” said Holt.
