Chris Wisemore Named CRC’s January 2015 Employee of the Month
Congratulations to Chris Wisemore, contact center supervisor, who was named CRC’s January 2015 Employee of the Month! Wisemore, who has worked for CRC for two years, was nominated in January for assisting a CSR with a caller in a domestic abuse situation. Thanks to Wisemore’s help, an officer was dispatched to the home of the caller. In his efforts, Wisemore demonstrated CRC’s values of teamwork, communication and service excellence.
“Chris exhibited tremendous grace under pressure in assisting a very troubled caller,” said Kerry Wylie, senior contact center manager at CRC’s Austin Center. “In this situation he exhibited clear leadership and served as a great representative of CRC to our employees and our membership.”
In recognition of being a CRC Employee of the Month, Wisemore received a CRC-logoed clothing item valued up to $50.
