CRCLink^®, a proprietary software program, distributes outage and message call information from CRC to its members' location. It is also designed to provide an interface between a member's information system and CRC's local database. This facilitates convenient electronic communication, outage analysis, and report management.

Seamless Integration with Information Systems – CRCLink^®, installed as either a single PC or network license, can be interfaced with existing information systems or customized for member cooperatives. This can be utilized for initial customer service, call handling, outage management, or setup for basic reporting purposes.
